We need to look at things from a holistic perspective, which is why we focus on your gut health, your environment as well as your stress levels! You may have noticed that what worked in your 20’s no longer works in your 40’s, 50’s or 60’s. There are specific ways to train and eat in order to have the body that you want. This one month program is going to arm you with some of the strategies required to sculpt that body!

This is a self guided menopause program including follow along video workouts and nutrition coaching.
